This June, Australian females will have their fashion wishes granted, when Eileen Kirby's wistful new Spring/Summer evening wear collection hits local stores. As always, the range has a distinctly feminine quality, reflecting Kirby's commitment to "making women look beautiful and feel good".

About the collection:
Consumers will be spellbound by this flawlessly radiant collection which features soft and glitzy dresses that sparkle, glitter and flow. With Kirby's signature luxurious style, it's nothing but superbly romantic.

The entire range has a magical and whimsical quality reflected in the dreamy, mystical setting for her latest photo shoot. The models in this soft and mysterious environment appear as fairies and princesses, adorned in Kirby's signature gowns with sinuous draping and sultry shoulder-baring. The range is edgy, feminine and hauntingly sensual in its appeal.

The range also boasts dresses in different lengths: strapless or one-shoulder frocks with tulle ruffles, party frocks with chiffon layering or beautiful sheers, jewelled satin gowns, and glamorous crepe siren dresses. And of course, one can't forget Kirby's girly, shimmering cocktail dresses with feathers, beads and sequins.

The range also has a princess and fairy colour palette that's beautifully contrasted with strong colours: soft pastels, nudes, silver, cobalt blue, hot cyclamen pink, red and deep purple. It's then swirled up with the inclusion of a graphic print called haze.

About Eileen Kirby:
Eileen is no newcomer to the Australian fashion scene. Her designs have graced the covers of Vogue, Marie Claire, and Elle and countless celebrities have been seen wearing her gorgeous evening wear at red-carpet events, including the ARIA Awards and the recent Logie Awards, where she dressed the female cast of High-5. Eileen first inherited a love of luxurious fabrics and style from her grandmother who owned a boutique in Shanghai. After graduating from East Sydney Fashion Design Studio, she launched her own label and began working from her fully equipped studio. Today, she stocks over 70 boutiques.

Eileen's signature style:
An Eileen Kirby dress is 'seasonless', on-trend and can be worn all year round. The quintessential Eileen Kirby item is the cocktail dress. She is well regarded for her clean, sleek tailoring as well as her attention-to-detail and quality production.

About the photography:
For this collection's shoot, Kirby partnered with photographer Peter Collie, to create the fairy and princess ethereal look. The models were Monique from Chic and Rachelle. Hair Stylist Ali Homes from Wild Life created a rope look on the models' hair back combing and twisting the hair, so the models looked like they had been venturing out in the woods. Makeup for the shoot was by the talented Stephanie Tetu, who created the models' strong, smoky, dreamy eyes which contrast with the ghostly face make up. The collection was styled by Eileen. The creative concept for this collection was by Demetra Allen from THE FASHION CONSULTANCY - in collaboration with Eileen Kirby.

Makeup for the shoot was by Joel Phillips, who created the models' soft dewy eyes by using a soft pink.
